A Shopify eBay integration is an app that connects your Shopify store to eBay, so you can list, sell and manage products on both without maintaining them twice. This eBay integration for Shopify handles two-way product import and export, eBay inventory sync, order sync and price sync, and automatic eBay listing revision. Shopify eBay sync keeps your listings accurate as your catalog changes and helps prevent overselling across the two channels.
Sync runs automatically once products are linked. Actual speed depends on eBay's API, which queues and rate-limits incoming changes. We won't promise instant updates — that's eBay's timing, not ours — but most changes land within minutes.
Orders too. eBay orders appear inside Shopify ready to fulfill, and inventory comes off both channels when a sale happens on either one.
Both, and you decide which side leads. In settings you choose a master store — Shopify or eBay — and the app treats that as your source of truth, keeping the other in step. If Shopify is master, your Shopify edits drive eBay; if eBay is master, your eBay changes drive Shopify. You're not locked into one direction.
Yes. All accounts are managed from a single dashboard. It's worth checking, because several competing apps still don't support it.
When product data changes in Shopify, the app updates the corresponding live eBay listing rather than ending it and relisting, so you don't lose the listing's history and standing.
Only what you tell it to by linking products, and you choose which fields Shopify is allowed to push. Anything unmatched stays untouched until you link it.
